and Restrictions (CLRs)
Read the original covenants, limitations and restrictions as established by the Hunters Cove, Inc. in 1992.
The first amendment to the Hunters Cove CLRs established the HOA and other existing CLRs.
The second amendment to the Hunters Cove CLRs to expressly include the prohibition against leasing of lots.
