To contact the Building Committee members for approval on changes or additions to your home in the homeowners association, please reach out via the form below to include your property address and a brief description of the proposed changes. It's important to submit your request ahead of any planned work to allow ample time for review. Thank for helping us maintain the aesthetic and value of our community!

Please list below the construction materials to be used in the proposed project. Be as specific as possible. Exterior materials must conform to those used in the original building or be sufficiently compatible, including color and appearance.

Please attach the following information:

  1. Plot plan indicating the location and dimensions of the proposed project.

  2. Blueprints or working drawings indicating all necessary dimensions and elevations.

  3. A photograph or drawing of a similar completed project if available.

  4. Building permit (if required) - a copy may be submitted after the proposed plans are approved.
